1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PerHour mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PerHour is a personal finance tool that helps you understand the real cost of purchases in terms of your working time. The App allows you to:

• Calculate how long you need to work to afford a purchase
• Track your purchase history and spending habits
• View statistics about your calculated purchases
• Set your hourly, monthly, or yearly income rate

3. Premium Features

PerHour offers a one-time Premium purchase that unlocks additional features including unlimited history, dark mode, advanced statistics, and data export. Premium is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
• Premium is a one-time, non-recurring purchase tied to your App Store or Google Play account.
• You can restore your purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features with reasonable notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to circumvent any premium feature restrictions
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its operation
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the App without our express written permission

5. Intellectual Property

PerHour and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free
• The financial calculations provided are suitable for making actual financial decisions
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions

PerHour is a personal tool for awareness and estimation only. It is not financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its premium features.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any premium purchase — refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
